1. Overview

This document describes the end-to-end user flow for both Sellers and Buyers on the Kelviq platform. Kelviq operates as a Merchant of Record (MoR) for digital product sellers, meaning Kelviq is the legal seller to the Buyer for all transactions processed through Kelviq Checkout. The flows described below demonstrate how Kelviq clearly identifies itself as the MoR at every touchpoint, ensuring compliance with card network rules and providing transparency to Buyers about who they are transacting with.
